Admissions Arrangements

Please apply online via www.surreycc.gov.uk/admissions. Applications should be made between 4^th November 2024 and 15^th January 2025 for admission in September 2025. 

Please note that Sayes Court Nursery is not a feeder to Sayes Court Primary School. This means that children who have a place in our Nursery still have to go through the admissions procedure for a place in Reception. 

All applications for places at Sayes Court Primary School should be made online at www.surreycc.gov.uk/admissions.

A paper form may be requested from Surrey Schools and Childcare Service on 0300 200 1004.

In-Year Admissions:

In-year admissions are co-ordinated by Surrey County Council on our behalf.  For admissions during an academic year a Centrally Managed Admissions form must be completed and sent to: schooladmissions@surreycc.gov.uk. Alternatively if you have a paper copy please send this to: School Admissions team, Surrey County Council, PO Box 475, Reigate, RH2 2HP.

The form can be accessed via www.surreycc.gov.uk/admissions, or downloaded from Sayes Court’s website, or a paper copy can be obtained from the school office.

Our Supplementary Form, if applicable, can be found on our website.

On receipt of a Centrally Managed Admissions form, Surrey’s admissions team will either:

1. offer a place, giving the parent two weeks to accept or decline the offer

or

2. decline the application where a school place cannot be offered.

If a place is offered and accepted, the admissions team will notify Sayes Court School, who will then liaise with the parent on a start date.

If a school place cannot be offered, parents have a right to appeal.  Please see our website for further details.
